1 – hour remote computer login session


Remote access to a vessel/RV/vehicle from a geographical distance through a network to access and troubleshoot the E-PLEX system.

We are not performing unattended remote sessions. A licensed technician needs to be present at the time of the remote session willing to follow our directions.

We schedule our remote session appointments so that each customer receives the right amount of time with our tech support team. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and contact us on time.
If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those customers who are waiting for an appointment.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice, you will have to schedule and pay for a new remote session.
