Q: Why do some products show up as back ordered?
A: Some of our products are out of stock due to high volumes of requests or because there is some delay with the manufacturer. Most backorders will be fulfilled within 15 business days after an order is placed; if there is a further delay you will be notified.
Q: Why do some products show up as Obsolete?
A: Some of the products on our site are no longer manufactured. We have kept them on the site to continue to provide information regarding that product and any solutions we may have found. If you’re in need of one of these products please contact us via email.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We’re happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please realize in the case of international shipping we cannot guarantee prompt arrival due to customs.
Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: All packages are shipped via FedEx.
Q: How long does it take for an item to ship?
A: Most orders are fulfilled and shipped in less than 3 business days. Some special circumstances may apply to your order which will cause delays. You will be notified if any delays are expected.

A: Please fill out a contact form with all the pertinent information you do know. We usually respond to emails within a couple of hours of receiving them.
